RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our top goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. We package your order with the care it deserves! We know that mistakes can happen where you receive the incorrect item or receive your item damaged due to shipping.
In either case, please contact us within (2) days of delivery so we can turn your frown upside down

In cases where items are shipped back to us, make sure they are safely packaged, and keep your tracking information after it is shipped. This is proof of your shipment and can let us know where your package is at.
After your package is received, our returns department will carefully inspect your items within (3) business days. We will compare the items with what you originally received. All returned items with unreasonable damage beyond what you originally received may be assessed a restock fee of up to 30% of the item’s original selling price on your order.
